At Suds Up, Pup! we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on pet temperament and coat condition;
all prices listed are estimates only based on dogs of average coat condition and good temperament.
Dogs with heavy matting, flea infestations, needing tick removal, requiring a muzzle for safe handling and/or more than one groomer to safely control and complete groom will be charged accordingly based on each individual dog/groom.

Cat Grooming
We offer grooming for friendly felines as well!
Cat grooms can include a nail trim, ear cleaning, brush out or clip down commonly called a "lion cut", or we also offer spot shaving to remove matts safely.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that things come up last minute.
If you need to cancel an appointment we will happily try and accommodate any rescheduling needed. We do ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling any grooming appointment as this gives us the best opportunity to fill your space with another client who may be on our waiting list!
If an appointment is booked and cancelled within 24 hours without reasonable cause, there will be a cancellation fee of $20 due at the time of the missed appointment.
At Suds Up, Pup! grooms are completed one-on-one with all our groomers to ensure your pet builds a trusting relationship with their groomer.
This means that your pet is less likely to find the grooming process stressful and scary; all of our focus is on your pets' safety and comfort when they are in our care! Due to this structure, when an appointment is missed and no notice is given to us, it truly hurts a small business like ours.
If an appointment is missed without any notice, phone call or message, there will be a no-show fee of 50% of the groom price due at the time of the missed appointment.
